PremCom currently supports Five Bank at over 50 location through out New York State. Five Star has deployed ShoreTel’s Enterprise Contact Center (ECC) for customer support. ECC makes it easy to help customers through phone, email and the WEB efficiently and effectively. Five Star also utilizes ShoreTel’s converged conferencing for company wide conference calls.
