Buffalo Bills have selected and installed a ShoreTel unified communications system to improve staff productivity and fan satisfaction. The system is installed on 400 phones at the Ralph Wilson Stadium and the ADPRO Sports Training Center. Among ShoreTel’s software offerings, the Buffalo Bills are using ShoreTel Enterprise Contact Center for their call centers and ShoreTel Mobility, which extends the phone system to employees’ smartphones and tablets.
During the 2014 off season, the Bills’ stadium underwent a major remodel, which enabled the organization to re-evaluate its communications provider. After considering other VoIP solutions with the guidance of ShoreTel channel partner PremCom, the Buffalo Bills selected ShoreTel.
“The ease of use and installation of the ShoreTel system was a huge factor in our decision,” said Dan Evans, vice president of information technology at the Buffalo Bills. “The system’s capability to grow with us as we expand was also an important consideration. From the cut-over standpoint, the installation process was seamless.”
